NOTE: While we try to work quickly and efficiently to get your application reviewed and approved; there are times when more then one Administrator will be called in to help with the review, in this situation it may take up to a day or two. While this is not always the case, it is best to forewarn you of possible delays.

They say in any broth, the scum rises to the top; this is no more true in Cedarbrooke. Okay, it's not all that bad, but if you get a home in the incredibly upper class homes in the Ashenvale Estates, you're likely to be neighbours with some unpleasant, though rich fellows. They're not all awful, though, and most of the homes are bespoke to the individual. Several bedrooms, multiple bathrooms (including en suites), a large garden and huge driveway all seem to come as standard, though. Ashenvale Family Home

The Outskirts of town is home to quite a few citizens of Cedarbrooke; this includes Farms, old Plantation homes and those places that are almost far enough to be considered the next town over. This is also where those few who live In town but do not fall into the other residence categorizes reside.

Vista Trailer Park is not as bad as it sounds; some of the mobile homes are quite nice, in fact...there is a wide variety of choices in the Park. From older Trailers to more modern models; Vista offers a cheaper living to those who can not afford one of the larger homes, or do not care to live in an apartment. Whether you are renting your home or you have bought it and renting the land, Vista Trailer Park is the place for you.
